Position: Recruiter (Contractor)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20–$25/hour
Location: Remote (Taiwan or Hong Kong)
Role Responsibilities
- Source and screen expert contractors using the Mercor platform and external channels like LinkedIn.
- Communicate with candidates in Mandarin and English to answer questions and guide them through the process.
- Manage pipelines efficiently and deliver qualified talent quickly.
Must-Have
- 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
- Fluent Mandarin and strong English skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with AI recruiting tools.
