With a small founding team, they operate in a culture that values speed, ownership, and collaboration, giving engineers the chance to influence both product direction and company growth.

Role and responsibilities:

As one of the first three founding engineers, you will work closely with the CTO to design, build, and scale the company’s core platform. You’ll be hands-on across the stack with a focus on Ruby on Rails and React, taking ownership of features end-to-end and helping to shape both the product and engineering culture. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, shipping code quickly, and solving complex problems with creativity and energy.

Job requirements:

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Exposure to infrastructure tools
• Proven ability to ship clean, efficient code quickly
• Previous experince at an early-stage startup in either a Founder or a Founding/Early Engineer role
