Title: Technical Program Manager with Risk and Payment Experience
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep experience in payments systems and security to support large-scale, high-impact initiatives for payments and financial infrastructure programs. The TPM will work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable payment solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven record of leading complex technical programs in fintech, e-commerce, or global payment environments.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, ideally within payments, fintech, or security.
- Strong technical understanding of payment systems — authorization, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, and fraud mitigation.
- Hands-on experience managing programs aligned with PCI-DSS, PSD2, SOC 2, and data protection (GDPR, CCPA).
- Proven experience in driving security initiatives such as encryption, key management, and secure identity/authentication.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at all levels of a global organization.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
