We are seeking a experienced Business Analyst to join our team remotely in Mexico. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear requirements and facilitating collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience
- Experience creating business requirement documents and User Stories
- Agile projects and managing Scrum calls
- Using Jira and Confluence or any other tracking tool
- Experience in managing UAT
- Should have strong customer facing skills and lead/driving teams
- Should have insurance domain experience (Mandatory)
- Candidate should possess strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
