Contract Sr. React Native & Swift Developer (Mobile)

Full-Time, Fixed-Term contract 3 mos, extension option

YourCode, in partnership with a well-established global software consultancy organisation, is

currently aiming to hire an experienced Mobile Developer with proficiency in React Native and

Swift, at Senior level, to work on supporting an end-client focused on AI, robotic software

development.

The individual will be joining on a contract, full-time basis for an initial 3 month period with the

possibility of subsequent extension, on a remote basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

➔ Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile software in accordance with

technical specifications, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability;

➔ Analysing requirements, participating in design reviews, and estimating implementation

efforts within Agile or Waterfall project methodologies;

➔ Identifying opportunities for code refactoring and system optimisation based on modern

best practices;

➔ Promoting technical excellence by sharing knowledge, leading internal discussions, and

mentoring team members;

➔ Staying informed about emerging technologies and pursuing relevant professional

development;

➔ Providing guidance and support to junior developers, including training, task delegation,

and quality assurance;

KEY REQUIREMENTS (TECH ENVIRONMENT)

➔ Hands-on experience with React Native (5+yrs);

➔ Hands-on expertise with Swift (1+yr);

➔ Proficiency with React & Expo;

➔ Solid understanding of TypeScript/Swift;

➔ Demonstrated experience delivering IOS applications (iPhone 13 and above);

➔ Familiarity or willingness to work with mobile device sensors;

➔ Familiarity or willingness to work with ARKit;

➔ Familiarity or willingness to work with Edge ML Frameworks;

➔ Understanding of or willingness to work on Computer Vision tasks;
