Role: DOT NET Architect -W2 Location: On site in MI (relocation is ok)
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the architecture and design of .NET-based enterprise applications.
- Lead solution design sessions and guide development teams on architecture best practices.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, robust, and secure solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and architectural principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts, project managers, and other architects.
- Provide guidance on performance tuning, scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Create architectural documentation, models, and technical specifications.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years specifically as a .NET Architect.
- Deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET tech stack (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, SOA, cloud integration (Azure preferred).
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
- Solid grasp of enterprise architecture patterns, design patterns, and system integration.
- Strong experience in SQL Server, database architecture, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
