QA Manual Engineer

We’re currently looking for a QA Manual Engineer to join our remote-first team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, solid experience testing complex business applications, and a keen eye for detail.

Your Role

As a QA Manual Engineer at Radity, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise-scale applications through detailed manual testing. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and product managers to identify issues early, validate new features, and maintain a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Validate workflows, data integrity, and business logic across complex applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teammates globally.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
• Ensure quality across different environments and versions of the application.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in manual testing.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), B2+ level or higher.
• Strong experience testing business applications (finance, insurance, ERP, or similar domains).
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect management.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar for test management.
• Knowledge of API or database validation using tools like Postman or SQL (a plus).
• Salesforce testing experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
