This is an opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest independent insurance groups, a global business investing heavily in modernising its technology landscape.

With Microsoft technology at the heart of their transformation, they’re migrating from a legacy Mitel estate to Microsoft Teams Phone, integrating it into Dynamics 365 Contact Center and they’re building a dedicated support and operations function to make it happen.

That’s where you come in.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing day-to-day operational support for Microsoft Teams Phone and related services.
• Monitoring call quality, queues, and routing - resolving incidents and escalating.
• Managing user setups, resource accounts, service numbers, and auto attendants.
• Assisting with number porting, Teams policy management, and ongoing administration.
• Supporting Teams integrations with Dynamics 365 Contact Center and other business tools.
• Working closely with senior engineers, vendors, and internal IT teams to maintain stability and improve service performance.

What they’re looking for

• Solid experience supporting Microsoft Teams Voice / Teams Phone environments in a production setting.
• Knowledge of Teams call queues, auto attendants, resource accounts, and policies.
• Good understanding of Direct Routing and PSTN connectivity (Operator Connect / Calling Plans).
• Confident troubleshooting call quality issues (SBCs, firewalls, network performance).
• Skilled in PowerShell for administration and user management.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to service improvement.

Nice to have: exposure to Mitel or other PBX platforms, MS-720 certification, experience supporting Dynamics 365 or Contact Center voice environments.
