Senior QA Engineer

Develocraft is looking for a Senior QA Engineer for one of our international clients. In this project you will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering timely, high-quality releases in the area of the supply chain system which is a part of powerful business and market intelligence web & mobile platform. You will be working across two specialized teams, depending on current business needs and priorities

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in similar position
• Hands-on experience in automated test programming and designing effective test automation processes
• Experienced in both web application and data pipeline testing
• Practical knowledge of tools and technologies: Cypress.IO, TypeScript, .NET, XUnit, AWS, CI/CD pipelines (Azure, GitHub, YAML), Postman, Docker, Git, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot
• Proficient in SQL
• Flexible and able to switch between teams based on project priorities and organizational changes
• Comfortable with change, quick to adapt to new challenges, and eager to learn new technologies and domains
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong collaboration abilities

Nice to have:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a technical field
• ISTQB certification
• Experience with performance, load, and stress testing, along with related tools

Responsibilities:

• Test and validate a web application for global supply chain intelligence, trade data analysis, and company research
• Verify advanced search, filtering, reporting, and data export/visualization workflows
• Develop and automate functional, integration, performance, and end-to-end tests using tools like Cypress, Postman, Refit C#, and XUnit
• Design and maintain test cases, analyze business requirements, and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, validate integrations, and collaborate with developers to deliver reliable releases
• Test and validate trade data pipelines using Big Data technologies (AWS S3, Lambda, ECS, Step Functions) and databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Redshift)
• Work closely with data engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues
