We’re partnering with a brand new future unicorn a pioneering FinTech that’s transforming how people pay for housing across MENA. Backed by world-class founders and investors who’ve raised over $200M and scaled some of the most successful global FinTechs, this is a chance to join at the ground floor of something huge.

💼 The Role

As Head of Product, you’ll work directly with the CEO to bring the product vision to life. Early on, you’ll be the product team – leading everything from research to analytics – before building and scaling your own product org.

You’ll have founding-level impact: driving strategy, shaping user experiences, and building the financial infrastructure for real estate payments across the region.

🌟 What You’ll Own

• End-to-end product management (strategy, research, specs, analytics)
• Partner with CEO on product vision and execution
• Cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, Risk, Design)
• Critical UX decisions balancing user delight with business needs
• Data-driven product optimization & experimentation
• Build and lead your product team

✅ Must-Haves

• 6–8+ years scaling production products
• Hands-on product management (comfortable owning it all initially)
• Strong analytical skills (SQL, experimentation frameworks, user research)
• Proven experience partnering with founders
• Track record hiring and leading product teams

➕ Bonus Experience

• BNPL, Neobank, or Lending (Klarna, Affirm, Tabby, Tamara)
• PropTech or real estate technology
• Marketplace / multi-sided platforms
• Regulated financial environments
• Scaling products in MENA / emerging markets
