What You Will Need for the Role:

• React Native (Core Skill): 5–8 years of strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android.

• JavaScript / TypeScript: Deep understanding of ES6+ and TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable mobile applications.

• Mobile Architecture: Strong grasp of component-based architecture, navigation flows, offline storage, and state management (Redux / Recoil / Context API).

• API Integration: Skilled in integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs, handling authentication flows, and optimising performance for mobile environments.

• UI/UX Implementation: Proven ability to translate Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect, high-performing mobile interfaces.

• Performance Optimisation: Experience profiling apps, improving rendering performance, and reducing load times across devices.

• Testing & Debugging: Hands-on experience with Jest, React Native Testing Library, or Detox for robust app validation.

• Deployment: Proficient in publishing, maintaining, and managing releases on both the App Store and Google Play.

• Version Control: Solid understanding of Git-based workflows (GitLab, GitHub) and CI/CD automation for mobile pipelines.

• Monitoring & Analytics: Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Sentry, or AppCenter for crash analytics and performance tracking.
