Product Manager

Techmunity are hiring Product Managers (Senior & Associate) on behalf of a VC-backed AI company that’s building the intelligence layer for commerce - an operating system of AI agents that learn, remember, and act across every customer touchpoint: support, shopping, reviews, voice, and social.

Already powering millions of real-world interactions, the platform has reached $4M ARR with 170% YoY growth, backed by LVMH’s Aglaé Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Village Global - investors behind Airbnb, Slack, and Spotify - and a Series A is on the horizon.

They're looking for builder-type Product Managers - people who thrive at the intersection of AI systems, customer experience, and ecommerce.

You might be a technical product manager, a solutions engineer turned builder, or an operator who’s lived the customer pain and now wants to shape the product.

You’ll:

• Own end-to-end product areas across the companies AI agent ecosystem - from discovery to delivery to customer enablement.
• Build new agent capabilities and integrations that connect seamlessly across platforms.
• Design and ship evaluation systems to make agents smarter over time (QA, automation, performance monitoring).
• Run full launch cycles: internal testing → early access → GA, including enablement and demos.
• Act as a forward-deployed PM — working directly with customers to understand workflows, scope in real time, and turn insight into shipped product.

You’ll need:

• 3+ years in Product Management or a technical adjacent role (solutions engineering, customer success engineering, implementation, etc.).
• Technical fluency - you can talk APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and system integrations comfortably.
• AI-native mindset - you use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor daily, and you’ve probably hit your token limits before lunch.
• Builder energy - you ship fast, write docs, and own impact over process.
• Customer presence - confident demoing to enterprise clients, co-selling with sales, and building trust.
