Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing technology team within a fast-growing fintech environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience across AWS and GCP, advanced Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) capabilities, and a solid understanding of CI/CD automation, observability, and security best practices.

This role offers the opportunity to design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, enhance reliability, and optimize performance for complex distributed systems — all while collaborating with global engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Pulumi or AWS CDK.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tooling.
• Ensure high standards of security, compliance, and observability across environments.
• Monitor and optimize system performance using Grafana, Datadog, and other observability tools.
• Manage network configurations, IAM policies, and security layers (WAF, mTLS).
• Collaborate closely with development teams to support new releases and improve delivery workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of critical services.
• Contribute to automation, standardization, and process improvements across infrastructure operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, CloudFront, S3, RDS).
• Hands-on experience with GCP (BigQuery, VPC).
• Expertise with Pulumi, AWS CDK, or other IaC frameworks.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Working knowledge of Cloudflare, Grafana, Datadog, and IAM management.
• Familiarity with network security concepts — mTLS, WAF, VPN, access control.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Fintech experience or work in a regulated industry is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS or GCP (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation tools.
