Grafana / Observability / Monitoring Engineer

• 5+ years’ experience
• Expertise in Grafana platform ownership and maintenance. Components
• Experience on setting up Grafana platform using opensource
• Experience in customer onboarding
• Experience in Open telemetry and collector
• Experience in using tools like Loki, Tempo and mimir for log, traces and metrics
• Dashboard management , creating and customizations
• Knowledge of connecting Grafana to various data sources like Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, CloudWatch, etc
• Transforming data into meaningful visualizations
• Configuring alert rules and notification channels
• Managing alert thresholds and reducing alert fatigue
• Setting up alert managers and dashboards for incident detection
• Executing recovery plans and post-incident analysis
• Python , Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Github
