Position: UX Design Manager

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Salary: $130,000-$155,000 + bonus + relocation package

Schedule: Onsite 5 days a week

Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned UX Design Manager to lead our Product Design team. You’ll define design strategy, scale design systems, and foster a strong design culture while collaborating across Product, IT, and Marketing to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Build and mentor a high-performing design team
• Manage external design resources
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and advocate for design thinking
• Oversee end-to-end design processes and user journey mapping
• Establish scalable design systems and UX standards
• Use research and data to inform design decisions
• Represent design in executive meetings

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product/UX Design, 5+ in leadership
• B2B experience preferred (B2C with B2B knowledge acceptable)
• Proven success scaling design teams
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools
• Strong grasp of user-centered design, accessibility, and research
• Experience with design systems and scalable frameworks
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic impact and innovation
