o Delta Tables, Parquet

o Databricks

o Apache Spark, DBT, Airflow

o Advanced Pandas optimizations

o PyTest/DBT testing frameworks

o ESG/financial systems knowledge

● Soft Skills:

○ End-to-end ownership of features/tasks

○ Clear communication with India/US stakeholders

○ Agile team collaboration and proactive improvement mindset


*Responsibilities*


*Developers (Python/React)* :


- Provide BAU support for OMDP products.

- Redesign and optimize existing workflows.

- Implement enhancements and new features in Python/Spark and React.

- Maintain clean, scalable, well-documented code aligned to MSCI standards.
