- Manage and guide junior designers.
- Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on ecommerce.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design solutions.
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with design systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines.
- Experience leading and mentoring design teams.
