Technical Product Manager (AI) — Hybrid, Midtown NYC

Location: Midtown, NYC (hybrid ~3 days/week) with some travel to operating businesses.

Compensation: $230K–$280K base + 50% cash bonus; competitive benefits.

Join a well-capitalized AI product group backed by a top-tier European software investor with ~$100B+ AUM. This team operates as a serial AI product factory embedded directly inside established B2B software/services companies—conceiving, building, and shipping revenue-generating AI products in 9–18 month sprints. Think startup speed with enterprise scale: immediate access to real customers, distribution, and infrastructure—without typical startup risk.

What You’ll Do

• Own product outcomes end-to-end across multiple AI initiatives (0→1 and 1→N).
• Translate between execs, customers, and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into shipped product.
• Stand up pragmatic AI/ML workflows (data, evaluation, deployment) focused on measurable business value.
• Define and track KPI-driven experiments, drive adoption, and iterate quickly.
• Establish lightweight product rituals (discovery, specs-lite, launch reviews) to increase velocity.
• Navigate enterprise realities (security, procurement, compliance) while maintaining speed.
