💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate several technical projects at once—keeping everything aligned with goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Build clear project roadmaps, define scope and deliverables, and ensure your team has what they need to succeed.
• Partner with developers, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into results.
• Spot risks before they escalate, craft mitigation strategies, and keep leadership in the loop with clear updates.
• Drive efficiency using tools like Jira (mandatory), Confluence, and Slack/Teams for seamless collaboration and progress tracking.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years as a Project Manager with a strong track record in data-focused projects (warehousing, integration, analytics).
• A solid understanding of databases, web development principles, and data engineering concepts.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Advanced English skills (written + spoken).
• Must-have tools:
• Jira (end-to-end project management)
• Confluence (documentation and knowledge management)
• Familiarity with Slack & Microsoft Teams

🌟 Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of ETL processes, SQL, and database management.
• Agile/Scrum or Kanban background.
• Certifications like PMP or Scrum Master.
• Prior consulting experience.

🕒 Work Setup

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST).
• 100% remote—daily collaboration through Zoom, Slack, and more.
