🧩 The Opportunity

Swoon is partnering with a global leader in the music and entertainment industry to find an IT Collaboration Tools Specialist who will help manage and enhance the digital workplace experience across multiple collaboration platforms.

This role is fully remote (ideally working EST hours) and focuses on supporting platforms like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Box, while exploring integrated AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Box.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide Tier 2/3 support for internal users.
• Collaborate with IT Security on platform compliance, provisioning, and app integration reviews.
• Monitor performance, usage metrics, and platform health.
• Document technical configurations, SOPs, and training materials.
• Evaluate and roll out new features or tools that improve productivity.
• Assist with identity management (SSO, SAML, OAuth) and platform integrations.

✅ What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace administration.
• Experience supporting or integrating Slack, Box, Zoom, and other enterprise collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Google Gemini.
• Comfortable using PowerShell, APIs, and automation tools.
• Working knowledge of SSO configuration (Azure preferred).
• Excellent communication skills; able to support global users.
• Highly organized, independent, and solutions-driven.

📚 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms are a plus.
