Job Title: Lead Backend Developer
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years
Salary: 25 LPA
Locations:
- Hiranandani, Thane, Mumbai (Candidates must be willing to relocate near this address or reside in central Mumbai)
- Kukatpally, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) - Three days a week in the office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Notice Period: Immediate joiners who can start within 1 week
Key Responsibilities:- Backend API Development: Lead the development of backend APIs using frameworks such as Laravel and Next.js.
- Programming: Strong experience and proficiency in PHP, Node.js, and Python.
- Code Review & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure high-quality output.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical problems in backend development.
- Coding: Demonstrate strong coding skills with attention to detail and best practices.
- Frameworks: Experience with Laravel and Next.js.
- Languages: Proficiency in PHP, Node.js, and Python.
- Code Quality: Strong skills in code review and troubleshooting.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and solve complex backend technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Team Leadership: Experience in handling and mentoring a team.
