What we’re looking for:
- 3–15 years of experience in DFT implementation, verification, and debug
- Strong background in BISR, BIST, MBIST, SCAN, ATE, ATPG
- Experience with Hierarchical DFT Flow and Methodology Development
- Proficiency in Siemens Tessent Tool
- Full DFT design cycle experience in RTL/Netlist
- Bachelor’s degree in EE or related field (flexible with strong experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You’ll work alongside top engineers to execute DFT design, develop methodologies, and collaborate on RTL and physical design integration—all while driving performance in mega datacenters.
Salary up to $203,000 based on experience
