Job Opportunity: Solution Specialist

Location: Málaga, Spain (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time (39h/week, Mon-Fri)
Salary: 36,000/year + up to 6,000 bonus + private medical insurance

Your responsibilities:
- Engage with business customers to understand their needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
- Drive transformation by promoting cloud and productivity tools.
- Deliver presentations, demos, and solution designs that connect business goals with technology.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless adoption of solutions.
- Native or fluent in ONE of the following languages: Dutch OR Flemish OR Danish.
- Strong command of English.
- Previous experience (36 years) in sales, pre-sales, or solution-oriented roles, ideally within IT, SaaS, or cloud technologies.
- Relevant certification in cloud or digital solutions (Fundamentals required; advanced preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for technology, digital transformation, and customer success.
