Risk and Fraud Manager - Crypto Casino

BettingJobs is working with a new crypto casino, looking for an experienced Risk and Fraud Manager to join its remote based team. Relocation to Taiwan is also an option.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management and fraud prevention strategies for the B2C crypto casino brand.
• Monitor and analyse transactions and activities to detect potential fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending effective controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Utilize advanced analytics and tools to identify suspicious patterns and behaviours.
• Verify game math and performance, work on perfect play detection.
• Analyze promotional mechanisms and ensure player protection in peer-to-peer gaming.
• Provide regular reports on risk and fraud metrics, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in risk management and fraud prevention.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a risk management or fraud prevention role, within the iGaming industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis, risk modelling and fraud detection techniques specific to online gaming.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and the crypto industry is a significant advantage.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our operations.
