THE COMPANY

A leading gaming studio, undergoing major transformation following private equity backing and the appointment of a new CEO are now looking for a Lead Analyst to take them to the next level!

THE ROLE

As Lead Marketing Analyst, you will:

• Take full ownership of marketing analytics across the business.
• Line manage one Senior Analyst while acting as the senior layer of expertise in the team.
• Drive projects around LTV modelling, attribution, and subscription analytics.
• Analyse and optimise the entire marketing funnel to support acquisition and retention.
• Deliver insights that directly influence commercial and marketing strategy.
• Work closely with the CMO, presenting to the board and SLT, and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in marketing analytics
• Strong SQL skills essential.
• Proficiency with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with Snowflake desirable.
• Experience in modelling (LTV, attribution) highly valuable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Line management experience a plus, though not essential.
