Storm3 is partnering with a Series D digital health company backed by over $300M in funding. The company is scaling rapidly and building the next-generation platform that connects patients, providers, and payers to deliver more personalized, accessible, and effective care.

As CTO, you’ll join the executive leadership team to shape the company’s technology vision, leading engineering, product, and data teams to build and scale an enterprise-grade health platform used by thousands of patients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company’s overall technology strategy in alignment with business and clinical goals.
• Scale engineering and product teams to support rapid platform growth and enterprise partnerships.
• Lead architecture and development of a secure, compliant, and scalable platform (HIPAA, SOC2).
• Leverage AI/ML and data science to create intelligent, personalized healthcare solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, product, and commercial leaders to align technology with care delivery.
• Represent the company’s technology vision with investors, board members, and strategic partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership, with at least 5+ in senior executive roles.
• Proven track record of scaling technology organizations in digital health, fertility, or adjacent regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based architectures, data security, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML, analytics, and data-driven product innovation.
• Strong communicator and strategic leader with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
