Location: Manhattan, NYC (In-Person, 4–5 Days/Week)

The Role

As a Staff AI Research Scientist, you’ll be part of a high-performing, in-person team based in Manhattan. You’ll lead initiatives from model development to product integration, helping to build intelligent systems that rival the analytical capabilities of leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy machine learning systems to automate complex financial workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product leaders to deliver production-grade features.
• Contribute to the architecture of a platform built for deep automation and strategic insights.

Your Background

• Proven experience in ML, data science, software engineering, or computational research.
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with R, MATLAB, TypeScript, or C is a plus.
• Advanced degree (PhD, MSc) or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Demonstrated success in shipping innovative, high-impact solutions.
