Role: Junior Power Platform Developer
Location: Fully Remote
Industry: Federal Government
Hours: M-F, EST
Payrate: $35-40/hr, converstion to full time salary between $70,00

Coding in C# and JavaScript
MUST HOLD PUBLIC TRUST CLEARANCE
The Power Platform Developer will:
- Develop and enhance model-driven Power Apps using Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles)
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline processes
- Write custom code (C#, JavaScript, plugins) for advanced customizations
- Support system integrations using Azure Functions and related services
- Work collaboratively with PMs, tech leads, and other developers through design & build phases
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-4 years of professional experience in software/application development
- Hands-on Power Platform expertise: model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate
- Coding ability in C# and/or JavaScript (plugins, custom extensions)
- Required for both roles but at least configurations with dataverse with junior level people
- C# and build beyond whatever platform offers them – Senior level
- Experience with Azure Functions and broader Azure integrations
- Experience integrating applications with backend systems
- Adaptability to pivot across multiple projects in an Agile environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts and scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
