Job Title: Chief Information Officer (CIO) - RELOCATION TO SAUDI ARABIA - EXPATS OPPORTUNITY

Esage is a leading fintech company revolutionizing the financial industry through innovative technology solutions. We seek an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) with strong cybersecurity and cloud hosting expertise. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business objectives. 
• Oversee IT infrastructure design, implementation, and optimization. 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards. 
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect data and technology assets. 
• Manage cloud hosting strategy for scalability and reliability. 
• Collaborate with the CTO to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. 
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize technology investments. 
• Develop and manage technology budgets and performance metrics. 
• Establish governance frameworks and mitigate technology-related risks. 
• Foster innovation and achieve group objectives.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 
• Proven experience in senior technology leadership in fintech or financial services. 
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) are required. 
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, cybersecurity best practices, and IT governance. 
• Experience in managing cloud hosting environments for high availability and scalability. 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and business results.
