Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee IT infrastructure design, implementation, and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect data and technology assets.
- Manage cloud hosting strategy for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with the CTO to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize technology investments.
- Develop and manage technology budgets and performance metrics.
- Establish governance frameworks and mitigate technology-related risks.
- Foster innovation and achieve group objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in senior technology leadership in fintech or financial services.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) are required.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, cybersecurity best practices, and IT governance.
- Experience in managing cloud hosting environments for high availability and scalability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
