Position Overview
Anaqua is looking for a Cloud Systems Engineer based in the US that enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This individual will be responsible for Enterprise Software application installations, upgrades and maintenance for our global client base.

- Manage cloud server infrastructure within a cloud platform including VM provisioning, server configurations, patching, anti-virus, and other tasks as needed.
- Be part of the hosting operations team where you will have growth opportunities to explore the latest techniques in DevOps Automation as well as Advanced Security Management and SIEM Solutions.
- Work within a team environment that may require an adjusted workday and after-hours support.
- Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in similar industry or position
- Experience with Windows Servers 2019, and 2022
- Familiarity with Windows Roles/Features, specifically IIS
- Familiarity with supporting SQL Server 2019, and 2022 environments including installation, backups, basic queries and maintenance
- Basic knowledge in networking and routing concepts
- Ability to understand and follow technical documentation to install and configure enterprise applications
- Experience with working with globally distributed teams (Japan, India, Europe, and US) in a 24x7 environment
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with clients on meeting their needs in time-sensitive situations, including assistance with on-premises deployments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
- Pacific (PST) and Mountain Time Zone (MST) preferred, but not required
- Experience with SSO such as Azure AD, ADFS, Okta or others
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticket management system
