Join Coforge’s CEO Office to lead strategic, proactive proposals that win high-value tech services deals. This role blends problem-solving, storytelling, client engagement, and deep industry research—all in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead proposal development for priority pursuits

• Translate complex business needs into clear, client-centric narratives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across delivery, sales, and leadership

• Conduct industry and competitor research to sharpen value propositions

• Design visually compelling decks and executive summaries

• Continuously improve pursuit processes and templates

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 5–8 years in consulting (MBB preferred)

• Love working at the intersection of strategy and execution

• Can structure sharp, insightful narratives with speed and clarity

• Enjoy working in unstructured environments with high accountability

• Have strong PowerPoint and client communication skills
