About the Role
We’re seeking a Remote Project Manager to support our clients in coordinating projects, managing timelines, and streamlining business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote setting, loves structure, and enjoys driving initiatives forward through efficient planning and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
- Build and maintain project schedules, task lists, and progress reports using tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com
- Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, and keep stakeholders informed
- Assist with resource planning and team coordination to optimize workflow
- Monitor project performance, analyze results, and suggest process improvements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and updates
- Support related administrative and operational tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
- English Fluency (C1 or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication
- 1+ year of experience in project management or virtual assistance with a focus on project coordination
- Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and initiative to identify and resolve challenges
- Comfortable navigating digital tools such as CRMs and communication platforms
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
