🚨 We're Hiring: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) 🚨
📍 Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico (100% On-site)
💰 Relocation bonus available for candidates outside Aguascalientes
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled SDET to join our team in Aguascalientes for a 100% on-site position. If you're currently living in another state, we offer a one-time relocation bonus to support your move.
🗣️ Conversational English is required – This role involves frequent communication in English and all interviews will be conducted in English.
🔧 What You'll Do:
✅ Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java or JavaScript
✅ Perform REST API testing and backend validations (ETL, Data Stage, SQL)
✅ Execute manual testing when needed to ensure quality and completeness
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance test coverage and reliability
✅ Use tools like Selenium (must-have), Jira, ALM, and Git for tracking and version control
🎯 Required Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Java or JavaScript
- Solid experience with Selenium (mandatory)
- Familiarity with REST API testing
- Background in test automation and software testing lifecycle
- Experience working with version control tools and Agile environments
