Network Engineer

Role:

Currently, for our Client, we are looking for a Candidate to join the team as a Network Engineer T2. The successful candidate will have a track record and desire to excel at both technical issue resolution and customer management.

Responsibilities:

• Address complex and diverse network incidents, leveraging imaginative and innovative troubleshooting techniques
• Conduct thorough analyses that may require in-depth evaluation of various factors
• Utilize existing issue databases, debugging tools, and lab simulations to identify and resolve network incidents, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, taking ownership of their success by fully identifying and resolving issues while proactively preventing future problems
• Engage with clients daily, providing expert technical guidance alongside exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Adhere to incident management protocols in alignment with SLAs and quality KPIs.
• Act as a mentor to other colleagues
• Work in EU time zone

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience involving customer exposure element in routing and switching
• Good practical knowledge of platforms and protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, STP, Multicast, HSRP, TCP/IP, IPSec, and Frame Relay).
• Good technical foundation in networking (CCNA equivalent level or above) is required
• Knowledge in other technologies/products, experience and certifications are a plus
• Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing
• Passion and demonstrated ability to learn and work in a multicultural team environment

Contract & benefits:

90-100 zł/h netto + vat, B2B Contract
