• Own and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Conduct deep market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Apply consumer psychology insights to optimise engagement throughout the customer journey.
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of content creators, designers, and digital marketers.
• Manage and grow our SMI network to drive organic and viral growth.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns with data-backed decision-making.
• Leverage tools like Braze and Google Analytics to measure performance and refine strategies.
• Own marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on paid and organic campaigns.
• Maintain brand identity, consistency, and innovation across all platforms.

• Proven success in fintech, crypto, or Web3 marketing (or a strong passion for the space).
• A creative problem solver with a sharp ability to think outside the box, take calculated risks, and thrive on pushing boundaries. 
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, content marketing, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Braze, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media tools.
• Excellent project management and communication skills within a fast-paced environment.
