About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI/Machine Learning Developer to join our client’s team on a long-term contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge AI product from a pivotal stage. You will be working in a fully remote environment, with a schedule that aligns with the PST time zone. This role requires a versatile individual with startup experience, capable of wearing multiple hats and adapting to a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI/ML models with a focus on Graph RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and Generative AI (GPT, LLMs, etc.).
• Develop and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance AI-based search and reasoning capabilities.
• Work with large-scale language models (LLMs) for text processing, summarization, and question-answering applications.
• Implement knowledge graph-based AI solutions for intelligent data retrieval and inference.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy AI models efficiently in cloud environments.
• Develop APIs to integrate AI/ML models into web applications.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into the broader system architecture.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, and graph-based techniques.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP techniques.
• Strong experience with Generative AI models (GPT-3.5, GPT-4, LLaMA, Falcon, etc.).
• Experience with Graph RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and Semantic Search.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain.
• Strong knowledge of RAG techniques for AI-powered retrieval systems.
• Experience in large-scale data processing using Pandas, Spark, or Dask.
• Familiarity with cloud AI/ML services: AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI.
• Proficiency in Python and AI-related libraries (Hugging Face, Transformers, OpenAI API).
• Experience with AI model deployment and optimization.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
