Join a deep-tech AI product company building real-time search, RAG, and vector compute infrastructure, already powering platforms like Spotify and Perplexity.ai.
Scaling their Trondheim-based core team we are looking for a hands-on engineer to lead security-first development across a cloud-native, zero-trust platform handling low-latency, high-scale workloads.
🧠 What you’ll do:
- Lead by example as a secure coder (Java/GoLang/C++)
- Drive secure design, access control, and architecture decisions
- Embed AppSec & DevSecOps practices across CI/CD and infra
- Guide developers, run threat models, automate scanning & hardening
- Collaborate directly with the CTO on security strategy

- Backend: Java, GoLang, C++, Python
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- ML & Vector: ONNX, LangChain
- Containers: Docker, Podman
- Security: Auth0, SentinelOne, StrongDM
- CI/CD & Infra: Fully automated, cloud-native
📍 Location: Trondheim - on-site (Full gold standard relocation support available)
💰 Salary: ~1M–1.3M NOK + full relocation for you and family
