🗣️ Language: Ideally German-speaking, but English is absolutely fine
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Databricks Expert to join an ongoing project for a major enterprise client. If you’re experienced in cloud data engineering, automation, and infrastructure-as-code—and enjoy hands-on project delivery—this one’s for you.
What You’ll Need to Bring
âś… Databricks Delivery Experience
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Databricks
- Must have been directly involved in development, implementation or optimisation of Databricks workloads
âś… Education
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Diplom) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar
âś… Terraform Proficiency
- Proven experience with Terraform from at least one project where you actively contributed to infrastructure automation
âś… Azure Ecosystem Knowledge
- Experience managing at least 3 Azure resources, such as:
- Azure Blob Storage
- Azure SQL DB
- Azure Monitor
- Azure Private Link
âś… CI/CD with GitLab
- Hands-on experience using and configuring GitLab in at least one real-world project (or public repo)
âś… Scripting & Automation
- Proficient with scripting or automation in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- You’ve written and deployed scripts as part of real project delivery
Nice to Have
- German fluency (preferred, not essential)
- Experience working in a multi-cloud or enterprise data platform environment
- Exposure to DevOps pipelines and monitoring/alerting systems
