We're looking for a Program Manager who can orchestrate complex initiatives across teams, timelines, and tools β aligning people, priorities, and progress with a steady hand and strategic vision π§π
π§ What You'll Be Doing:- Oversee multi-project programs across departments, ensuring alignment with business goals π―π
- Develop and maintain program timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans ποΈπ
- Act as the bridge between strategy and execution β connecting leadership and delivery teams π§©π€
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and keep initiatives moving forward π§π
- Drive program governance: reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications ππ’
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and keep everyone aligned and accountable ππ£οΈ
- Continuously improve program workflows and tools for better efficiency and transparency βοΈπ‘
- Have 4β7+ years of experience in program or project management (bonus for tech/startup experience)
- Thrive in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities
- Are excellent at breaking down complex ideas into clear, actionable plans π§ πͺ
- Are highly organized, self-driven, and proactive β you donβt wait to be told what to do β
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels π£οΈπ₯
- Are comfortable with tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar PM platforms π§°
- Are fluent in English (German or French are a strong plus)
- Live in Switzerland and are confident working remotely across time zones ποΈπ»
