As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will design, execute, and manage comprehensive test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with part-time or full-time hours based on your availability.

• Develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to improve product quality
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Participate in test automation planning and execution, where applicable
• Provide clear and concise testing reports and insights to project teams
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst (5+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Relevant certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent) are highly desirable
