Associate Software Engineer

We’re looking for an Associate Software Engineer who’s passionate about writing clean code, learning quickly, and contributing to real-world projects. You’ll work alongside experienced developers, designers, and product leads — and you’ll get to ship features that actually matter. 🚀

• Collaborate with the team to design, build, and maintain web or backend applications 🔧🧱
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code under the guidance of senior engineers 💡💻
• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices from a skilled team 🔍👥
• Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely and thoughtful way 🐞⚡
• Support the development of internal tools, APIs, or user-facing features depending on your stack preference
• Continuously grow your skill set through mentorship, projects, and hands-on learning 🌱📚

• Have 0–2 years of experience in software development (internships or personal projects count!)
• Are familiar with one or more modern programming languages — e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, or C#
• Have experience (or strong interest) in web development frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or backend tools like Node.js, Django, or .NET
• Are comfortable using Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control
• Are curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions
• Are fluent in English and live in Switzerland 🏔️
• Bonus: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), REST APIs, or SQL
