💼 What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize large-scale campaigns across DV360 and Google Ads.
• Drive full-funnel media strategies—from planning and setup to monitoring and performance reporting.
• Deliver actionable insights through deep analytics, reporting, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and account managers to meet campaign goals.
• Stay on the pulse of emerging trends in programmatic, ad tech, and performance marketing.
• Own client communications and deliver strategic recommendations with confidence and clarity.
  
  

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Programmatic Campaigns.
• Proven experience using Google Ads and/or DV360.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and campaign KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• Experience in or with marketing agencies is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Tech-savvy, analytical, and always seeking optimization opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and English (B2+).

• Bureaucratic assistance for NIF and NISS registration
• Help finding housing based on individual needs
