About the project:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead automation and AI initiatives across core financial systems, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and compliance. It involves cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and staying current with emerging technologies.

How your day-to-day work will look like

✅ Define the roadmap for automation initiatives within the core financial systems of the company.

✅ Collaborate with several stakeholders across different departments in charge of financial and accounting processes, leading discovery sessions to identify new opportunities.

✅ Identify and lead opportunities for process automation and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

✅ Ensure that solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and operations, to develop and deploy AI and automation tools.

✅ Analyze and use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve automation solutions.

✅ Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies.

This would make you the ideal candidate

✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

✨ 5+ Years of experience working in Product Management.

✨ 5+ Years of experience working on delivering products.

✨ 3+ Years of experience managing Monday, Jira, ClickUp, or another management tool.

✨ 3+ Years of experience prioritizing complex roadmaps and backlogs focused on business outcomes.

✨ 3+ Years of experience working in strategy definition.

✨ 3+ Years of experience working with SQL.

✨ 2+ Years of experience leading payment products.

✨ 2+ Years of experience working and building AI products.

✨ 2+ Years of experience working with AI and automation technologies.

✨ 2+ Years of experience leading Go-to-market products.

✨ 2+ Years of experience working in Market Research and Data Analysis.

✨ 2+ Years of experience leading and supporting UX experiences.

✨ 1+ Years of experience working in a startup/scale-up.

✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
