Are you a Python developer in Sri Lanka with a passion for building smart, scalable ERP solutions? We're looking for a Remote Odoo Developer to join our team and work on impactful projects using the Odoo framework.

🔧 Role Overview

As an Odoo Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing customized Odoo modules, integrating third-party applications, and enhancing core functionalities to meet business needs—all while working remotely with a global team.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

•   Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules in Python
•   Customize existing Odoo core modules based on client needs
•   Create new functionalities using the Odoo framework (Python, XML, JavaScript)
•   Integrate Odoo with external applications via RESTful APIs
•   Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and stability

✅ What You’ll Need

•   Strong hands-on experience with Python and the Odoo framework
• Minimum 3 Years of professional experience in Odoo development (python)
•   Solid understanding of Odoo ORM, workflows, and modular structure
•   Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL
•   Experience with third-party API integration
•   Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results remotely
•   Proficiency with version control systems (Git)

💡 Nice to Have

•   Experience with Odoo v14–v17
•   Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, etc.)
•   Domain knowledge in ERP modules like Sales, Inventory, Accounting, or HR
