Job Title: Software Engineer – AI-Enhanced Development
Location: Remote Canada/US only

What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
- Integrate and experiment with AI tools to improve code quality, development speed, and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to turn ideas into reality
- Stay current on emerging AI platforms and suggest how they can be embedded into our development process or product
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code (primarily in C++, C#, or similar languages)
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience in C++ and/or C#
- Curiosity and hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar to support your dev workflow
- Familiarity with modern development practices (CI/CD, Git, containerization, cloud services)
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Nice to Have:
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML models into applications
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Interest in exploring how AI can improve user experience, documentation, testing, or automation
