Responsibilities:
- Design & implement innovative AI/ML solutions.
- Translate complex business needs into high-quality code.
- Build & maintain robust software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with AI, ML, & software development advancements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, & software development with proven success stories.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms & frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages.
- Solid understanding of software development principles.
- Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication & collaboration skills.
- Passion for AI & its potential to revolutionize Africa.
- UI/UX design experience is a plus.
Preferred:
- African tech experience.
- Experience in specific AI domains.
- Masters/PhD in CS, AI, ML, or related field.
- Openness to relocation to Ghana (Accra) with the company-providing work permit.
