Job Title: Performance Tester
Location: Remote(Mexico)

Job Overview:
We're urgently looking for a skilled Performance Tester with 7–9 years of experience, strong in LoadRunner and performance testing of Azure-based applications. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who can independently lead performance testing efforts and manage client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute performance test strategies for web and Power BI applications
- Create and manage test scripts using LoadRunner (HTTP Protocol)
- Conduct full-cycle performance testing: planning, scripting, execution, and analysis
- Analyze performance bottlenecks using AppInsights and other monitoring tools
- Prepare and present performance test reports
- Log and manage defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues
- Participate in client meetings to discuss NFRs, bugs, and test results
Nice to Have:
- Experience with TruClient scripting
- Familiarity with LRE/LRC for performance testing execution
