Business Analyst LIMS

For one our customer we are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in labware systems.

Duration: 6+months(renewable)

Location: Europe(100% remote)

Description:

We are looking for a consultant to take over the management and support activities of Agilab.

Deliverables:

- Participating in the knowledge transfer, and taking over the knowledge of Agilab support: User access management

Database management

Application lifecycle management (version and new version upgrades)

Agilab architecture design: Application and database server implementation and configuration - Managing tickets, delivering 2nd-level application support, escalating complex issues to software editors at the 3rd level, ensuring timely support and service delivery.

- Analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, participating in solution design by collaborating with architects and software editors, and implementing application configurations.

- Testing solutions, documenting functional and technical processes, and ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.

- Conducting the knowledge transfer to our employees.

Qualifications/ Experience:

- Knowledge in R&I domain

- Skills in managing and analyzing scientific data, and familiarity with cloud-based solutions and analytics tools.

- Solid foundation in IT, including network infrastructure, databases, software deployment and upgrade

- Experience with ITIL processes for application support and system configuration management

- Having a good experience on the development and execution of SQL query

- Understanding Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) platforms, especially Agilab, and their application in laboratory data management.
