TechDelivery is seeking a Senior Business Analyst from Latin America to relocate to Barcelona, joining a cutting-edge international project within a complex and fast-paced business environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong technical and analytical skills, a deep understanding of SQL and API-based solutions, and experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

This role requires excellent communication with both business and technical stakeholders, strong self-management, and a proactive mindset.

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Define, test, and implement features and changes in enterprise-scale environments.
• Analyze business processes and incidents, propose solutions, and support resolution.
• Collaborate with development, QA, product, and business teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Document processes, features, and workflows clearly and effectively.
• Use Azure DevOps for work tracking and backlog management.
• Understand the business domain and identify the impact of new requests on the ecosystem.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL (a technical assessment will be required).
• Solid understanding of API integration, Web Services, and use of API Managers.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools like Postman, SOAP UI, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with .NET technologies (C#, MVC, Core, Framework, WinForms).
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, self-organized, and eager to learn independently.

• Azure certifications or professional BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.).
• Experience in regulated industries or global organizations.

• Location: Remote in Barcelona, Spain.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
• Visa Sponsorship & Relocation: Fully covered for selected candidates from LATAM.
• Contract type: Full-time, long-term engagement under Spanish labor regulations.
• Relocation support: Visa, documentation assistance, and onboarding in Barcelona.
