Job Description
We're hiring a Technical Co-Founder & CTO at Grafema. We are an AI startup building an autonomous AI agent for sales, helping businesses acquire more customers while saving time.
We’re looking for a technical leader who can build, lead, and scale—someone who loves the fast-moving startup environment, is deeply hands-on, and can drive the technical vision while executing at high speed.
As CTO & Co-Founder, you will:
- Lead product development—design, build, and scale our AI-driven outreach system.
- Prioritize customer needs —ensure every technical decision aligns with customer needs, making our AI-driven outreach system intuitive, efficient, and impactful.
- Architect and optimize data pipelines, workflows, and integrations.
- Make key technical decisions to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Drive automation—eliminate manual processes and refine AI model interactions.
- Build & lead a strong engineering team as we scale.
- Collaborate on strategy—align tech with business growth, funding, and GTM execution.
- Play chess against our CEO — he's not that good, you should be fine :)
What You Bring: You’re a technical expert in
- Full-Stack Development – Deep experience across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- AI & Automation – Strong background in LLMs, agentic workflows, and API integrations.
- Scalability & Architecture – Knows how to build for scale, manage large datasets, and automate complex processes.
- Database & Infrastructure – Expertise in structuring, optimizing, and managing data efficiently.
- Security & Compliance – Familiarity with data privacy, security best practices, and API security.

- Hands-on Builder – Codes when needed, but also leads tech strategy.
- Entrepreneurial Drive – Passionate about growing a startup from MVP to scale.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Thrives in fast-paced environments, iterates quickly.
- Leadership & Hiring – Ability to recruit, manage, and inspire an engineering team.
- Business-Driven Thinking – Understands how tech decisions impact growth & revenue.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum experience
- 3+ years in software development (full-stack, with backend focus).
- 1+ years in AI, automation, or workflow-based systems (LLMs, agentic workflows, API integrations).
- 1+ years in a startup or early-stage product environment (scaling from scratch).
- Education & Technical Depth – Master’s in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ideal experience
- 5-10 years in engineering, with leadership experience (Tech Lead, CTO, Senior Engineer).
- Built & scaled a SaaS product—bonus if in B2B, sales automation, or workflow automation.
- Comfortable with fundraising & technical due diligence.
- Experience with hiring & managing engineers (even a small team).
